What it does

One list, in date order

Trips, payments, forms, INSET days, letters. What needs doing, by when, and which app it lives in. One tap takes you straight there.

All your children together

One account covers the lot. A child in Year 8 and another in Year 11 give you one list, with each item saying who it’s for.

In the calendar you already use

Subscribe once and school dates appear in your phone’s own calendar, next to work and everything else. No app to remember to open.

Getting it on your phone

There’s no app store to go through. It installs straight from here, gets its own icon, and opens full screen like any other app.

iPhone & iPad

  1. Open this page in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen.

Android

  1. Open this page in Chrome.
  2. Tap Install on this phone above, or the ⋮ menu.
  3. Choose Install app.

What it can and can’t see

It reads

  • What your school publishes openly: calendar, term dates, INSET days, letters.
  • Notification emails you choose to forward to it.

It doesn’t

  • Replace ParentPay, or take payments. Money still goes through them.
  • Read anything from the school’s systems without the school’s permission.
  • Hold a key to your accounts. Saved logins are locked with a passphrase only you know, and we cannot read them.

Where a date comes from an inference rather than a letter, the app says so on the item itself. It would rather admit doubt than state a wrong date confidently.

Being tested now

Early days, and built around one school so far. If something is wrong or missing, that’s worth more to us than a compliment.
